At Endless Supplies LTD, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out the way you planned. No worries! Here’s how our return policy works:

• 14-Day Return Window: You have a full 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items. If it’s not quite right, we’ve got your back!

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at endlesssuppliesltd@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with the next steps.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund. This may take a few days to reflect in your account.

• Exclusions: Some items, like personalised or customised goods, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

• Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we can’t cover return shipping costs.
